Unfortunately Doncaster Airport does not offer links to U.S. accessible carrier hubs.  The nearest and easiest accessible flights available are from  Manchester Airport to Chicago O'Hare Airport followed by return from Los Angeles  The only airline offering a direct Manchester to Chicago route is American Airlines.  However US Airways also offer a very reasonably priced single stop service changing   flights at their Philadelphia hub in either direction. British Airways offer no direct   service with a terminal change at Heathrow for travellers. There are lots of tickets available to Airport users.  Use the advanced option and check all prices and times. The train takes about 2   hours and is quicker,easier and cheaper than ever taking the car and trying to park. At  the time of writing the average cost of a train ticket is less than £10 per person.
